Goofy Looking Workout

"Mommy, daddy's doing his freaky workout routine again!"

"Oh dear... close all the curtains and let's hope nobody's seen him yet!"

Few people mention the dangers of workout routines.... such as the danger of even remotely resembling this guy

That's the David Strand workout - somebody go buy it and tell me if the actual workout looks like the cover art.

Yikes1 As a Strand Studio vet, I can tell you, these workouts are not as fey as this cover shot may lead you to believe!

Thanks Woodchuck. I'll take your word for it, I'm sure he's a competent instructor. I'm going to continue to have the impulse to snicker whenever I see that cover though :)
