The other day I was browsing through Jbox, an online website where you can buy merchandise from Japan. There was a brief mixup where they accidentally mixed up the databases and inserted the images from some products in the adult section into the wrong place.
I noticed that they jumped on the problem quickly, but luckily I took some screenshots before they did:
